Electronic Systems Development Project Engineer
We are looking for a Project Engineer who will take part in RF and electronic systems development projects, ensuring the effective execution of technical and operational activities by coordinating the design, testing, production, and integration processes end-to-end.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering disciplines,
- Knowledge of the electronic systems development lifecycle,
- Familiarity with technical documentation, requirements management, and configuration management processes,
- Knowledge of task tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and ERP systems,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams,
- Strong planning, tracking, and prioritization skills,
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and flexible working hours.
Job Description
- Ensure the end-to-end management of hardware design, verification, production, and integration processes,
- Manage work packages through Jira; track actions, milestones, and project schedules,
- Prepare and maintain timelines for hardware development projects,
- Monitor project progress using technical performance metrics and report regularly,
- Track the team’s procurement processes through the ERP system and coordinate with supply chain teams,
- Provide technical coordination among software, design, analysis, testing, production, and integration teams,
- Identify technical and operational risks within the project scope and prepare necessary action plans,
- Organize internal and cross-functional meetings and follow up on decisions and action items,
- Ensure project documentation is managed through relevant platforms; coordinate the preparation of documents in compliance with standards and their distribution according to authorization levels.
