GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Engineering faculties such as Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related departments,
• Experience in aviation, space, or other high-reliability industries,
• Preferably knowledgeable about standards such as ECSS-S-ST-E-20, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-810, NASA-STD-8739.4, and IPC-WHMA-A-620,
• Knowledgeable about connector types and SMD components,
• Knowledgeable about communication protocols such as RS232/422/485, CAN Bus, etc.,
• Experienced in taking an active role in production areas and working with technicians on the shop floor,
• Strong planning and coordination skills,
• Capable of preparing technical documentation and reports,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
• Strong communication skills,
• Able to manage crisis situations,
• Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented approach,
• Preferably possessing a good level of English,
• Team-oriented and collaborative,
• No travel restrictions,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for harness (cabling) design and avionics production for space systems,
• Selecting appropriate connector and cable types during harness design,
• Preparing the required documentation for harness production and revisions,
• Planning, monitoring, and managing harness production and testing processes,
• Performing stock control of materials required for harness production and managing procurement processes when necessary,
• Working in close coordination with hardware, mechanical, software, and project teams,
• Coordinating with relevant departments for assembly planning,
• Actively monitoring and following up assembly processes,
• Preparing integration plans in coordination with the mechanical integration team for satellite integration processes,
• Monitoring the integration of harnesses and avionics during satellite integration processes,
• Assigning tasks to technicians in line with the daily work agenda.
