Qualifications: 

  • Graduated from universities with degrees in Business, Engineering, and relevant fields.
  • Preferably, having 2 years of procurement experience.
  • Proficient in English. 
  • Familiarity with Logo and JIRA software is a plus.
  • Very good proficiency in MS Office. 
  • Good communication and follow-up skills. 
  • Team player with adaptability and analytical thinking abilities. 
  • For male candidates, completion of military service is required.

Job Description:

  • Coordinating with the team responsible for creating orders for technical purchases to ensure the timely acquisition of the correct products and establishing priorities. 
  • Creating purchase order forms. 
  • Conducting price, timing, and technical specification-based comparisons by negotiating with companies for purchase orders. 
  • Tracking material deadlines and conducting material acceptance processes.
  • Making necessary updates related to the relevant order on the procurement process tracking screens. 
  • Monitoring the process of contracts with companies (Product Development Agreements, Supply Contracts, End User, NDA, etc.).
  • Tracking procurement invoices and supplier payments in coordination with the accounting and finance departments. 
  • Preparing the payment plan for the following month based on the purchases made. 
  • Preparing procurement reports.
