We are looking for colleagues to join us in the design and development of control and estimation algorithms and software processes as part of our R&D activities in Space Systems.

Job Description:

- Develop high and low-level flight control algorithms for Satellite, Orbit Transfer Vehicle, and Launch systems, conduct stability analyses, and enhance navigation capabilities.
- Improve attitude control, orbit control, and propulsion maneuver capabilities of Satellite, Orbit Transfer Vehicle, and Launch systems.
- Create documentation for developed algorithms and software.
- Work on advanced autonomy systems.
- Design safety-critical algorithms for reliable navigation, develop autopilot software, and ensure its integration.
- Prepare and conduct functional tests for developed software and control algorithms, analyze algorithms, and report findings.
- Conduct operation analysis and evaluation activities.
- Contribute to modeling, simulation, and system identification studies.
- Support the development of software and hardware-in-the-loop simulation systems.
- Stay updated with current technologies in the field of control systems.

Basic Qualifications:

- Graduated from Control and Automation, Aeronautics/Space, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related departments.
- Strong mathematical skills in areas such as linear algebra, vectors/matrices, trigonometry, coordinate transformations, signal processing, and statistics.
- Knowledgeable in the design and development of controllers for linear and nonlinear systems.
- Knowledgeable about flight dynamics and aeronautics.
- Knowledgeable in system dynamics and mathematical modeling.
- Proficient in MATLAB and Simulink tools.
- High analytical thinking capability.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and high self-motivation.
- Research-oriented and responsible.
- Good level of technical English for research and documentation, both reading and writing.
- High capability in technical reporting and visual presentation.
- Adaptable to high work pace and flexible working hours.

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

- Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Flight Dynamics or Control Systems.
- Involved in project development processes within university team projects for new graduate candidates.
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop simulation systems.
- Integrated control algorithms into real-time systems.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C or C++.
- Ability to develop well-designed, testable, efficient, and sustainable software.
- Experience with artificial intelligence algorithms.
- At least two years of experience in embedded software development.
- Knowledgeable about sensors and estimation algorithms.
- Proficient in software version control and tracking systems, preferably Git.
- Proficient in MS-Office programs.
